NATO and PfPC have released the Leadership and Ethics Reference Curriculum. The document serves as a reference for individuals and organizations in partner countries and NATO member states seeking to establish or supplement the development of leaders in the profession of arms. It is designed to increase intellectual and professional interoperability across the arms profession in each partner country and between NATO partners and the alliance.
