DCAF - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance is dedicated to making states and people safer through more effective and accountable security and justice. Since 2000, the Centre has facilitated, driven and shaped security sector reform (SSR) policy and programming around the world.

Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s mission is to advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. DSCA leads the broader U.S. security cooperation enterprise in its efforts to train, educate, advise, and equip foreign partners.

NATO

The primary role of the International Staff (IS) is to provide advice, guidance and administrative support to the national delegations at NATO Headquarters. The IS helps to implement decisions taken at different committee levels and, in doing so, supports the process of consensus building and decision-making within the Alliance.

In response to Strategic Guidance issued to the NATO Defense College (NDC) by the North Atlantic Council and the Military Committee (MC123/9), The Mission of the NATO Defense College is to contribute to the effectiveness and cohesion of the Alliance by developing its role as a major center of education, outreach and research on transatlantic security issues.

The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies is one of six United States Department of Defense Regional Centers, and the only bilateral Center—a partnership between the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and the German Federal Ministry of Defense (FMoD). An instrument of German-American cooperation, the Center addresses regional and transnational security issues for the U.S. DoD and German FMoD while maintaining a vast alumni network of security professionals.
